AZOLGAS is an international industrial group dedicated to the design, development, manufacture and marketing nitrogen gas springs for metal stamping components.
In 1982 Antonio Cabrerizo founded AZOLGAS, a pioneer company in Europe manufacturing gas springs. His experience at Mercedes-Benz plant in Vitoria let him overview the requirement of a higher and consistent working force of conventional coil springs into the die sets, by using as technical solution the nitrogen gas springs, a technology only available at that moment in North America.
Following to the innovative spirit of its founder, AZOLGAS continues its commitment to research and innovation: developping innovative and safe technical solutions for the new challenges of metal stamping, carrying out exhausting tests in testing laboratories, cooperating with specialized Technology Centers, registering patents, offering the widest range of gas springs in the market and designing and implementing customized applications.
Headquartered in Vitoria, AZOLGAS has manufacturing plants with precision CNC machining, high automation and testing laboratory.
